Our Mission
Community Housing of Wyandotte County's (CHWC) mission is to stabilize, revitalize, and reinvest in Kansas City, Kansas neighborhoods through improved housing and other quality of life initiatives.
Over the last 20+ years, CHWC has invested over $106M in our neighborhoods, empowered more than 500 families to achieve or sustain homeownership, and built, renovated or repaired over 500 homes.
Together with our strong community of supporters, partners, and neighbors, we are bringing opportunity to hundreds of new families and creating transformative change in the neighborhoods we call home.
